4 WEEK LIVE IMMERSION PROGRAM 'BUDOKON YOGA FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS' - FEB 10th - MAR 3rd

This one is for our Budokon Novices, anyone inspired to start their Budokon journey or to dive into the fundamentals of our Budokon Yoga practice. Immerse yourself for 4 weeks in our BUDOKON YOGA FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS Live Workshops with Emily Quinn.

Emily will dive deep into the details of the most fundamental and basic Budokon Yoga transitions, making the practice accessible by sharing the necessary tools to begin your warrior yogi transformation. This 4 week course will be the building blocks for a sustainable practice, developing your strength, mobility and flexibility as well as increasing your coordination & body intelligence.

Zero experience is necessary, & blocks are recommended but not mandatory. We will get together for 1 hour Thursdays at 10am MST.

Thursday Feb 17th - Shoulders, Stability, & Spinal Undulations

Thursday Feb 24th- Bridging & Back Bends

Thursday Mar 3rd- Balance & Level Transitions

Emily joined us in Montana for our Yoga and Mobility Teacher Training in 2020 and decided to return home only to quit her day job and make Budokon her life. She has been assisting with the behind the scenes of the organization while learning the ins and outs of the BDK Mixed Movement Arts System & the Way of the Warrior Spirit. Emily began her movement teaching journey in 2018 after receiving a certificate in 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. While it’s a strong and traditional practice, Budokon’s modern teaching approach, athletic application, and therapeutic qualities are what struck a cord with Em and made her commit to the Guru Killer journey.

Join this Warrior Woman as she breaks down the principles into bite size pieces and cracks opens the door to your own unique Budokon Yoga journey.
