We are thrilled for another BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION with all of you LIVE from BDK Montana!

This weekend's session is a special one to us as our dear friend and BDK Family Member 10 time BJJ World Champion Xande Ribeiro will share his most effective state of the art jiu jitsu mind set and skills and how our our BDK Mobility movement & thought patterns relate to it. This workshop is valuable for movement athletes of any level.

Our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based. We are a family and support each other, the ones who have available resources contribute for the ones who have very limited means at this very moment.
