We are thrilled to share with y'all our last  BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION for 2021!

This Sunday we will complete our Budokon Yoga Primary Series workshop immersion with a Mind Science by Cameron Shayne on Death & Rebirth to remind us of the transient nature of life and to inspire us to embrace the new year and all its possibilities. 

After our mind science Melayne Shayne will guide us through all seven sections of our Budokon Yoga Primary Series to connect with your Warrior Spirit.

The LIVE Session is included in and a free treat for our www.budokononline.com members. If you are not a member yet, make sure to check out our online class offering and join us! Our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based.
