RECORDING LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION SEPT 20th

Mental and Physical push ups what we came together for this past Sunday Sept 20th for our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION. Cameron Shayne's quote "You can never know the character of a person until you go to war with them. Pressure develops far less in people than it reveals about them" lead the conversational points of our Mind Science. Who do you become when under pressure and how do the ones you surround you with in moments of conflict react? 

The pressure get's real in our 1.5 hour BDK Cardio & Conditioning class, a combination of shadow boxing combos as well as 6 sets of push ups to total 125.  Let's get beasty!

Our LIVE BDK SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based. We are a family and support each other, the ones who have available resources contribute for the ones who have very limited means at this very moment.
