Join us or a 1 week or a 4 day Budokon Family & Friends Get Away to one of the most beautiful places in the US with its stunning mountainous scenery in Whitefish’s forest hinterlands: The Budokon Montana Big Sky Retreat Center.

​This BDK Training Camp is exclusively designed for all our inspired movement practitioners of our Budokon Miami crew who want to take advantage of the unique opportunity to take yourself to the next level physically, mentally and emotionally. You will explore Budokon’s innovate and revolutionary Mixed Movement Arts system and enhance your mobility, coordination, flexibility and movement IQ while leaning from globally renown movement pioneers Cameron & Melayne Shayne in Budokon Yoga and Mobility. You will achieve new possibilities of strength with our Budokon Crawling Patterns and Calisthenics work outs guided by the BDK beast himself Nelson Leon. To complete the Budokon Movement Matrix you will dive into the world of mixed marital arts and train your skills in the most effective state of the art jiu jitsu and stand up striking.

During your stay you will be fully immersed in nature and connecting to like minded movers and thinkers. You will tune out of your habitual routine to tune into a state of being at BDK Montana. Daily meditation and matcha rituals in the mornings followed by training sessions will allow for your mind to settle into present moment awareness and grow your movement vernacular.

Brunch and our family-style Dinner are prepared by our one and only in house Chefs and Holistic Well-Being Educators Melayne Shayne & Esther Minardo with fresh produce from our garden and farmers close by. We offer a mixture of plant based meals and locally sourced animal protein. A small breakfast assortment in the morning as well as coffee, tea and fruits are available throughout the day to nourish you.
