It will be you & Kancho this Sunday! In his mind science he will contemplate about the process of self investigation by learning about ourselves thru our relationships with each other to go beyond our patterns to find freedom. After working our mental push ups Kancho will work live with you on an inversion workshop to solidify and expand your understanding of arm balances.

Our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based.
