We are thrilled for another BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION with all of you LIVE from BDK Montana!

Our Melayne Shayne is back home after a week of connecting with your Miami Budokon family and looking forward to reconnecting with y'all. Join us for a Mind Science with both Kancho and Melayne as they share their thoughts and experience on the art of listening and hearing in a relationship of several layers.

Melayne will then take us all through one of our favorites, a BUDOKON YOBILITY (MOBILITY + YOGA)  session.  

The LIVE Session is included in and a free treat for our www.budokononline.com members. If you are not a member yet, make sure to check out our online class offering and join us!

Our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based. We are a family and support each other, the ones who have available resources contribute for the ones who have very limited means at this very moment.
