RECORDING LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION NOV 29

We are thrilled for another BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION with all of you LIVE from BDK Montana!

We are back in action shooting classes for you to provide you with the highest standard quality of sound, video, signal and timezone flexibility. We have pre-recorded a 1 hour Budokon Yoga flow taught by Cameron Shayne and moved through by Melayne Shayne which will be uploaded here by Sunday Nov 29 to practice with us at anytime.

Our 1 hour mind science will still be LIVE, in action and interactive for our Budokon community to get together and connect on ZOOM. Cameron Shayne will lead us through his thoughts on "MASTERFUL PROBLEM SOLVING'.
