RECORDING LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION SEPT 27th

We are thrilled for another BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSION with all of you LIVE from BDK Montana!

This Sunday's Mind Science Session Cameron Shayne  dissected the power of thought, word and action and can be summarized with the poignant statement of "THOUGHTS ARE ONLY AS POWERFUL AS WHAT YOU DO WITH IT".

Melayne Shayne will have you embody your commitment to follow through and be your word. Time to show up on your mat for a challenging and fun Budokon YOBILITY flow. 

Our LIVE BDK COMMUNITY SUNDAY SESSIONS are a community event and donation based. We are a family and support each other, the ones who have available resources contribute for the ones who have very limited means at this very moment. We appreciate each and every one of you! Recommended donation is $5.
